- This Scheme is available for DTH Service only.
- User has to enter the correct mobile/ account number; Easy Bill will not be responsible
for the correctness of the mobile/ account number being entered by the user.
- Easy Bill sends a recharge request to service provider/ operator for the amount
entered by the User.
- On successful top up, mobile operator will send the confirmation through SMS within
15 minutes. In case User/Consumer does not receive any confirmation, in that scenario
User can check the Transaction Status by using Easy Bill Transaction ID/Reference
Number on View Status page.
- User can check the prepaid mobile recharge availability by clicking the List
of Operator and to know the valid amount detail User can check the same from
Valid Recharge Amounts.
- Note: Even on successful debit of the recharge amount from the account, if
the talk-time limit does not increase for any reason, the recharge amount will be
refunded to the user’s account within 3 working days.
