How to Log Complaint and view Transaction Status
(1)There are 3 fields shown in a Complaint Log page
(i)SA No.*
(ii)Receipt No.*
(iii)Transaction Date
The * marked and in red color SANo. and Receipt No are mandatory fields while transaction Date are optional,after entering the right entry
in right textbox click on the Search button,after that you get the yours transaction status,If any complai log before than
view the status of loged complaint
